Nutrition by blood group

Diet options for weight loss based on blood type

One of the most important achievements of nutritionists is the blood group diet. Each of us wants to have a beautiful and slim figure. To achieve this, some women resort to the most radical measures: they go on long and grueling hunger strikes and eat only a few lettuce leaves all day.

This is now completely unnecessary, because modern dietetics can work wonders. You just need to learn the most important secrets of proper nutrition. This means you no longer have to constantly monitor your weight.

The main advantage of the blood group nutrition system is that you do not have to limit yourself in food intake. You don't have to count calories or constantly monitor your weight. You just need to eliminate some foods from your diet and the weight will begin to decrease. This diet is based on blood types.

Research by specialist James D'Amado has shown that all foods are divided into harmful, useful and neutral depending on their combination with the blood group. In other words, when different people eat the same food, different results can be achieved. Some people begin to lose extra pounds, others begin to gain them.Nature itself determines which foods are useful for humans and which are harmful.

Blood group diet: permitted foods

As a result of clinical studies, it was found that people with different blood groups have their own food preferences.

  • The first group can be called “hunters”..This blood group is the oldest.According to most scientists, the rest descended from the first group due to evolutionary development.About 34 percent of the world's population are carriers of the first blood group.According to the advice of nutritionists, “hunters” should eat foods rich in protein (we are talking about fish, any meat except pork, legumes and seafood). In addition, you need to include fruits (acid-free), rye bread and some vegetables in your diet.Wheat products and grains (except buckwheat) should be reduced to a minimum.
  • Representatives of the second group are “peasants”.These people adapt well to the conditions around them.“Farmers” are recommended to consume proteins of plant origin (e.g. soybeans, various grains and legumes). The menu must contain green vegetables and fruits (except citrus fruits and bananas). It would also be a good idea to consume fermented milk products.Sugar consumption should be limited.
  • Representatives of the third blood group are “nomads”.This group emerged after the migration of different races.Currently, around 20 percent of the world's population has this blood type.Such people can eat a varied diet, eating a variety of grains (except wheat), meat and dairy products, egg dishes, and fruits and vegetables.
  • Finally, representatives of the fourth group are “mixed type”.This group was created from the fusion of two blood groups (B and A).It is currently the rarest: only seven percent of the population has the fourth group.Representatives of the “mixed type” can eat meat dishes of rabbit and turkey, fish, milk and dairy products, nuts, various cereals (except buckwheat), fruits and vegetables.

Prohibited products

  • "Hunter"Cabbage (except broccoli), pork, wheat and corn products, tomato ketchup, citrus fruits, large amounts of sugar, potato dishes and ice cream with added cream should not be consumed.
  • “peasants”should limit yourself to citrus fruits, bananas, seafood, chicken, high-fat milk, peppers and sugar.Prohibited foods also include strong tea, orange juice and carbonated drinks.
  • “nomads”Should avoid corn, tomatoes, olives, seafood, pumpkin dishes, pork, chicken, wheat and buckwheat products.
  • Representatives of the fourth groupYou should exclude (or limit to a minimum) seafood from your diet, too acidic fruits, olives, red meat dishes, sunflower seeds and wheat.
